Sue McKinley is a systems health strategist for individual and workforce resilience, keynote speaker, and facilitator who helps organizations, communities and individuals re-imagine what’s possible—and then guides them toward it with clarity and confidence. She is the Founder of the Wellness System Roadmap™ and the Wellness Personal Roadmap™, two frameworks that brings together systems thinking, human load and capacity, and holistic modalities for measurable and sustainable improvements in performance across organizations and individuals.
For more than 20 years, Sue has led large-scale change initiatives across international, corporate, and government sectors. Her work has included facilitating global initiatives, initiatives with teams of 100+ people, impacting organizations of 2,500+ employees, and guiding international, cross-cultural teams while living abroad as a consultant on global programs. She has presented to virtual and in-person audiences ranging from small groups to 1,000 participants. Sue has spoken for decades and has presented in diverse settings, including undergraduate research conferences, international corporate events, and holistic health conferences.
Sue brings a rare second lens to her work as a licensed and certified homeopath and holistic health practitioner. After witnessing a profound recovery in her own son following a major health setback when conventional medicine had little to offer, she dedicated her second career to understanding healing at the systems level—biological, environmental, emotional, and organizational. Today, she supports individuals and families navigating modern chronic illnesses such as autism, PANS/PANDAS, long COVID, and chronic Lyme, and teaches courses that help people reclaim health and capacity through holistic modalities paired with practical lifestyle changes.
A big-picture thinker who translates vision into action, Sue is known for holding expansive, inspirational futures for groups—and making them accessible, actionable, and real. Collaborative and engaging, she bridges modern systems, health, and performance with credibility earned both in conference rooms and lived experience.
