How the 8 weeks work

Weeks 1-2: Stabilize
Understand total load and how it affects the body. Support the nervous system with 3 daily regulation practices. Understand and identify what state you’re in. Without safety, change doesn’t hold.

Weeks 3-4: Lighten the Load
Identify your personal top contributors to inflammation and stress (not everything).
Prioritize doable, high-impact adjustments.

Weeks 5-6: Rebuild Capacity
Identify your personal top contributors to biological capacity. Prioritize doable, high-impact additions.

Weeks 7-8: Regulation and 90-Day Personal Wellness Roadmap™
As load reduces and capacity increases, now begin to experiment with rhythms, nourishment, relational boundaries, and gentle homeopathic, acupressure, acupuncture, or other regulating modality support. Gentle modality support is used not to suppress symptoms, but to improve regulation and resilience so the body can use its own healing capacity.
