How much load is your body actually carrying?
A free self-assessment to map where your system is under strain — and where the most useful place to start might be.
What is the Load Inventory?
The Load Inventory is a 5 minute check in to see what’s filling your body’s bucket - and why it matters. It’s based on the complete load inventory I built over more than a decade of clinical and lived work. It walks you through seven areas where load tends to accumulate in modern life:
Diet · Sleep · Movement · Social and Emotional · Baseline Physiology · Environment · Hydration
At the end, you'll have a score — and a clear picture of where the most useful place to start might actually be.
It's a subset of the same tool I use with my clients in their first session. I'm sharing it because I'd rather you have a clear picture of what your body is carrying than spend another year guessing.
Is this for you?
This is for you if:
You've been told your labs look fine — but you don't feel fine.
You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
You've been quietly carrying more than you should for longer than you'd like to admit.
You're curious whether your body has a reason for what it's doing — even one nobody's named yet.
You're not in crisis. But you know you're trending in a direction you don't want to keep going.
If any of those sound like the inside of your head — this is the right place to start.
What this is
A self assessment to help you see your own load clearly. Educational, reflective, and yours to keep. The first step toward a real picture of what’s happening in your body.
What this isn’t
A medical test. A diagnosis. A sales funnel in disguise. We're not here to scare you — we're here to help you see what your body has been trying to tell you.
A few things people ask
Will I get added to a mailing list?
Yes — you'll get the inventory immediately, plus a short series of emails over the next two weeks explaining how to interpret your results and what tends to help. Unsubscribe anytime; no hard feelings.
Is the inventory really free?
Yes. It's based on the same tool I use with new clients. I'm sharing it because I'd rather you have a clear picture of your load than spend another year guessing.
What do I do with my score?
Sit with it. The inventory itself includes interpretation. If you want to talk it through, you can book a 20-minute Bucket Check-In with me — it's a real conversation, not a sales call.
Will this diagnose what's wrong with me?
No. This is educational and reflective only — it's not a medical test or a substitute for working with your doctor. It will, however, help you see patterns you may not have connected before.
How long does it take to complete?
About 5 minutes if you go at a normal pace. Give yourself the time when you can sit with it honestly — that's when it actually works.
A quick hello
I'm Sue McKinley, LHP, CCH — a classically trained homeopath, former management consultant, and the founder of the Wellness System Roadmap. For 14 years I've helped people understand the hidden load behind their chronic symptoms.
I built this tool because nobody told me my body had a limit.
Or my son's.
I'd like to help you see yours before it tells you the hard way.
